Noodles as delicious as Jake Gyllenhaal!
Han Dynasty is addicting, almost as addicting as Jake Gyllenhaal, shirtless on a horse!
Yes, you know, I could eat either one daily.
My first visit was in Cherry Hill on New Year’s Day prior to seeing Les Mis. We asked the waiter what he recommended (which we later regretted, as he just refused to shut up…. hahaha). One good thing that came out of it, he suggested the Dry Fry Beef [Triple flash fried with dry peppers, celery, bamboo shoots, and Sichuan peppercorns]. The beef is just like the crispy end cut of a roast beef, the celery adds a wonderful crunch, the bamboo and garlic add insane amounts of flavor! The peppers made my mouth burn, and the more it burned, the more I wanted. It’s a 6 on their heat scale – 10 is the hottest.
Before my recent visit to the Old City spot a fellow foodie, suggested the Dan Dan Noodles. It’s big, so share, binge, or take half home, either way, this burn is exquisite! It’s a 7 on the heat scale.
Part of me wants to sample a 10! I want to try other things on the menu, but I get addicted…. ah, Dan Dan and Dry Fry Beef, I wish I could quit you.
