Follow your bliss…therein lies your gold. We eat, we smile, we enjoy the entire experience. What other heaven is there? You’re right on, in your opinions and hold back nothing on the “taste’s best” barometer. I’m just loving your choice of moniker, you are without doubt, THE nosh guy…so very nosh and easy, your style!
P.S. Sorry, still can’t share my grits.

It’s great to see people following their passion. Food is an amazing medium: it’s a necessity, it’s a pleasure, it’s a guilty indulgence, it’s our history, it’s our culture, it is.. amazing!

I am proud knowing that we have people following their passions so close to home. I grew up in Southern New Jersey, went to school in the Philadelphia area and moved to Delaware. I was a fat kid that joined the Army when he was 17 and decided to live life better by diving into food, the healthy way. We are all fighting to stay healthy and keep our youth from growing up hungry or obese.

Opening Pro Kitchen Gear was a combination of passions for me and I hope it never ends! We want to not only get people to cook at home more, we want them to cook well at home.

It’s great to see what you’re doing, it’s definitely needed! Keep doing it because I will keep reading!

    Cook Well,
    Dave McCormick
