When ever anyone brings up the best chips they have ever eaten I instantly remember New Years Eve 1999/2000. Was in Harrisburg visiting family. My cousin asked me to go to a local store with her and she bought a BOX of chips. I had never seen chips sold in a Box. On the way home she asked if I had ever eaten them… I am from Florida…. I had never HEARD of them, much less eaten them. She smiled, ripped the box open, and the rest they say is history. To this day I have never had a second chance to get a bag of Middleswarth, but I can still remember the taste.

Although I have found they are sold online at pasnacks.com. I feel sorry for my bank account.

This place has become one of my local favorites for lunch. The pig sandwiches are carved from the whole roasted pig right in front of the customers. The pork is most and seasoned perfectly. The optional cracklings to the pig makes this sandwhich a winner.
