Dear Foodiez:

Spending yet another weekend with …the Cape May Contessa… I began to explore the local food scene.  Can anyone say GOOGLE?  TripAdvisor.com offered up its #1 choice as Sean’s Restaurant, with an address on Beach Ave! Hhhmmm, a highly recommended joint on the beach, I’m down!

Turned out to be an adorable little place, maybe 12 tables.  I scored a front table that looked out onto Beach Ave and across to a pristine blue sky over the beach!  The server was a food enthusiast.  Her ability to describe the dinner specials with such mouth watering flair made me want to order everything on the menu.   The enthusiastic, yet assured way she interacted with the patrons showed utter foodie confidence.  She didn’t really ask if they were enjoying the food – no – she knew they were, so she just sort of, confirmed that.  I loved her.
