Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the whole San Marzano tomatoes (with their juice) and salt. Mash the tomatoes with a potato masher to make a chunky sauce.
Stir in the chopped basil leaves.
Serve the sauce over cooked spaghetti or bucatini, garnished with additional basil.
